Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida issues new Administrative Order for Procedures for Non-Binding Arbitration
On February 22, 2023, the Chief Judge for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida issued Administrative Order 2023-10-CIV for Procedures for Non-Binding Arbitration. Although the Order appears to be similar to Administrative Order 2022-7-CIV issued on January 31, 2022, litigants and arbitrators in the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit may want to review the updated order to ensure compliance with it.
