MEDIATION

Mediation

Going to court can be expensive and overwhelming for everyone involved. For this reason, many people view mediation as a viable alternative to take a case to court. I am a skilled mediator and I work hard to help parties come to fair agreements that satisfy both sides. I successfully completed the 40-hour Florida Circuit Civil Mediation Training Course and the 40-hour Florida Family Mediation Training Course. I am ready and qualified to help parties resolve their family or civil disputes through the mediation process.

About Mediation

Mediation is a process often used in place of taking a case to trial. In mediation, a neutral party facilitates a discussion between both sides, guiding them as they attempt to reach a resolution on their own. If both parties are able to come to an agreement, the agreement can be enacted, and the case won’t have to go before a judge.

Mediation offers many benefits to the parties involved, including lower fees, less time, and less stress. In addition, parties who resolve their issues in mediation often end the experience on better terms than they would if they had gone to court.
